RENTAL POLICIES 2024 & 2025
Taxes and Fees: 12.8% and 6% resort fee. The resort fee is taxed at 12.8%
Winter Deposit Policy: 50% of the total amount due to confirm. Final payment due 45 days or more prior to arrival.
Summer Deposit Policy: 50% of the total amount due to confirm. Final payment due 21 days or more prior to arrival.
Winter Cancellation: Cancellations made 46 days or more prior to arrival forfeit 10% of the entire rental amount. Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to arrival forfeit the entire amount.
Summer Cancellation: Cancellations made 21 days or more lose 10% of the entire rental amount. Cancellations 21 days or less forfeit the entire amount.
We do offer travel protection insurance. Please contact reservation at 970.923.4323 for more information or to purchase.
Late Arrival/Early Departure: Guests are responsible for all night’s reserved. No refund for unused days resulting from late arrival or early departure.
Pets: Sorry, pets are not allowed**We offer just a few select pet-friendly units. Please call reservations for information
Unit Changes: We reserve the right to change units up to and including the day of arrival.
Check-in: Check-in is 4 PM or later. Check-in at our on-site front desk at 30 Anderson Lane, Snowmass Village. If you are arriving after our front desk closes, call 970.923.4323 for late check-in information.
Check-out: is prior to 10 AM. If you need a shuttle to the Aspen Airport, please contact us the day before to reserve, especially if you have a large group. During busy times, shuttles can become full.
Transportation: Our courtesy van is available daily during office hours, which vary by season, to transport guests to and from the Aspen Airport and around Snowmass Village. Service is on a request basis. For airport pick-ups, please phone us after you have collected your luggage at 970.923.4323. Please arrange your return shuttle to the Aspen Airport with us at least 24 hours prior to your departure.
Parking: We are able to offer ONE complimentary parking spot per unit. During check-in, you will need to register your vehicle at the front desk to receive your parking permit and assigned spot. Additional vehicles must be parked in the public parking lots. Parking permits for those lots can be purchased at the front desk for Winter and are free of charge in the summer.
